I. General Consulting

Quantity:

1 Consultation session that lasts from 30 minutes to a maximum of 1 hour.

Frequent immigration cases and issues to be revised:
  • Revision of pre-submited documents for temporary or residence VISA applications
  • Revision of pre-submited documents for acquiring real estate assets
  • Legal advice on expired permits, ID Cards, documents or Passports
  • Legal advice on work permits and revision of clauses in private employment contracts

* Once the consultation session ends, we will deliver a detailed report containing all the requirements and subjects discussed during the video-conference. This report will also include a list of steps to proceed with the obtainment of your Chilean residence Visa.

  1. All video-conferences must be scheduled at least 24 hours prior to date and time selected.
  2. Once the payment is verified in our system, you will receive an email to confirm your date and time.
  3. The video-conference has a minimum duration of 30 minutes and a maximum duration of 1 hour per session.
  4. The maximun amount of video-conferences scheduled per client must not be higher than 3 registrations per day.
  5. In case the client presents any issue and requires a change of date and time, a re-schedule will be effective as long as the new selection doesn’t interfere with another’s client registration in the system. We operate with a flexible schedule.

II. Unlimited Consulting

Service offered to medium and large family groups or professionals that require a higher amount of initial planning during the incorporation process.

Contains:

Complete legal advice and assistance of an expert Chilean Migration Attorney

Quantity:

As many consulting sessions required by the client during one month period.

Frequent immigration cases and issues to be revised:

  • Entering the Chilean working market
  • Revision of pre-submited documents for temporary or residence VISA applications
  • Revision of pre-submited documents for acquiring real estate assets
  • Legal advice on expired permits, ID Cards, documents or Passports
  • Legal advice on work permits and revision of clauses in private employment contracts

* Once the consultation session ends, we will deliver a detailed report containing all the requirements and subjects discussed during the video-conference. This report will also include a list of steps to proceed with the obtainment of your Chilean residence Visa.

  1. Unlimited consulting has a maximum of 10 hours top during the course of one monthper client.
  2. All video-conferences must be scheduled at least 24 hours prior to date and time selected.
  3. Once the payment is verified in our system, you will receive an email to confirm the date and time of your first video-conference.
  4. Each video-conference has a minimum duration of 30 minutes and a maximum duration of 1 hour per session.
  5. The monthly period of service will start counting once the first video-conference is scheduled.
  6. The client can select between 1 and 20 hours of consulting video-conferences during the course of one month.
  7. The maximum amount of video-conferences scheduled per client must not be higher than 3 registrations per day.
  8. The non-use of scheduled hours during the month of service are responsibility of the client. This hours can’t be accumulated or extended for the next monthly period.
