II. Working opportunity permit.

This type of permit is aimed at technical and professional foreigners who travel to Chile in search of work, provided they meet the requirements determined by virtue of the provisions of article 162 of the N° 21.325 Law, and as long as there is availability of permits according to the amount deemed pertinent to grant in accordance with the National Migration and Alien Policy.

III. Permit for seasonal workers.
