1 – Unlimited consulting has a maximum of 10 hours top during the course of one month<\/strong> per client.
\n2 – All video-conferences must be scheduled at least\u00a024 hours prior to date and time selected<\/strong>.
\n3 – Once the payment is verified in our system, you will receive an email to confirm the\u00a0date and time <\/strong>of your first video-conference.
\n4 –\u00a0Each video-conference has a minimum duration of 30 minutes and a maximum duration of 1 hour per session.
\n5 – The monthly period of service will start counting once the first video-conference is scheduled.
\n6 – The client can select between 1 and 20 hours of consulting video-conferences during the course of one month.
\n7 – The maximum amount of video-conferences scheduled per client must not be higher than 3 registrations per day.
\n8 – The non-use of scheduled hours during the month of service are responsibility of the client. This hours can’t be accumulated or extended for the next monthly period.<\/p>\n<\/div>
